Friday thoughts…
Is it just me OR does anyone else feel a sense of happiness cracking open a new self-help book?! Doesn’t it feel like we’re getting insider tips on how to boss up and crush it in whatever you’re trying to do? For the past three to four years I have become a “self help” loving guru! I gobble up everything and anything that could motivate, inspire and keep me striving to do better. Like a personal coach, whispering in my ear to keep going.
Self-improvement is like a journey where you’re both the explorer and the treasure hunter. It’s about diving deep into yourself, uncovering your strengths, weaknesses, dreams, and fears, and then rolling up your sleeves to mold yourself into the person you aspire to be. It’s not always easy; sometimes it’s downright messy and uncomfortable. But that’s the beauty of it—the growth happens in those messy moments, when you push past your comfort zone and embrace the challenge. Self-improvement isn’t about striving for perfection; it’s about progress, about becoming a slightly better version of yourself each day. And when you look back and see how far you’ve come, that’s when you realize the true power and magic of self-improvement.
